During a major overhaul to my home's exterior, Garfias Construction 'saved the day' when 2 huge, heavy support beams on either end of my 2 story roofline were found to be dry rotted. He engineered spliced-in sections above his reach even on scaffolding with superb workmanship, much to the fascination of passerbys who were very impressed with his rendering of a very difficult project. Always cordial, conscientious, patient with all my questions, he was very timely in spite of all his prior commitments, knowing that I had limited time frame with scaffolding. I felt truly blessed to have found someone of such superior work integrity and extremely pleasant to boot!
